RFE - Configuration File

gokp should have a configuration file where users can supply the config instead of the cli options.

• Default location for config is $HOME/.gokp/config/gokp.yaml
• User can pass it as --config=/path/to/gokp.yaml
• Also can be set by env var export GOKP_CONFIG=/path/to/gokp.yaml

Same rules as kubectl should apply.
