Chroma has common touch points which are contributed by the community. Currently, this is embedding functions, but in this set of features, may grow to include the chunker, re-ranker, as well as future data loaders.

This can make it unclear which features are supported and developed directly by the Chroma team, and which are exclusively community supported.
