NTR request from the NML.

"sample submitted by".
I already added it to the 2026 Mints sheet. It's "sample submitted by [GENEPIO:0102270]".
Def: The name of the agency that submitted the sample for some purpose.
NML Guidance: Provide the name of the laboratory that submitted the sample to the NML.

This needs to be added to the Robot table etc.
