enum quality control - check that IDs and Labels match conceptually

Checking specification enumerations to see if the menu labels conceptually match with the ID (e.g. sometimes IDs get filled around). The issue is the labels are not always the ontology labels, they are UI labels with meanings associated via ID. So, it would be good to have a script check that the ID and label in enums match with the OLS versions. Then they are given a match rating and ones that don't match need to undergo manual review, and it's possible those labels should be added as alternatives in the sssom-overlay.
