No board outline - PCB printing not possible

Hi there, there is no board outline/keepout layer in the PCB files provided.
JLCPCB, PCBWay and NextPCB whom you suggested to use, all cannot print the board.
Please can you add this as the project cannot work otherwise!

The .GKO (Gerber KeepOut) file is there but is typically intended to contain the board outline , the perimeter that defines the physical shape of your PCB. If this layer is missing or not exported correctly, manufacturers will report errors such as "no board outline" or "missing keepout layer." This issue commonly arises due to CAD settings or layer misassignments.

I tried submitting your fixed file and unfortunately PCBWay still claim there is no Keepout layer. They stated:
"Failed reason: Lack of the Keepout layer (Board Outline), please add it in GKO/GM1/OUTLINE Layer."
