🐛 Summary

MS.TEAMS.1.7v1 policy restricts the recording of a live event to 'organizer can record'. If the agency tenant has a more restrictive config of 'never record' any live events, ScubaGear records it as a policy failure to show a warning in the report. This more restrictive config should not fail the policy and should not generate a warning.

This also requires a change of baseline description and implementation steps.

Background: this live event recording config earlier seems to have a different default of 'recording' and with only two choices - hence the Scuba recommendation to set it to organizer can record. The config values and default seems to have changed. Fix should include change of baseline implementation steps.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Using Teams Admin console, set "Meetings -> Live event policies -> Global policy -> Record an event" to "Never record"
  2. Run ScubaGear v1.5.0 for the Teams product
  3. Observe the result for the policy 1.7 - it fails to show a warning.

Expected behavior

  1. Using Teams Admin console, set "Meetings -> Live event policies -> Global policy -> Record an event" to "Never record"
  2. Run ScubaGear v1.5.0 for the Teams product
  3. Observe the result - it should pass without any warning.
