Cannot save service settings unless port is changed from default

I wanted to enable the "automatically restart Plex if it stops" setting (seems like my install has some random crashes), but even when changing that setting, the dialog won't allow saving:

However, if I change the port from the default of 0 to 8787, I can change apply settings changes:

Obviously, this is an easy workaround, but I was a little confused as to which port value this needed to be (either 8787 in tray settings or the Plex server port of 32400).
