Feature Request: Improve Import of Custom Models

I suggest a UI for importing custom models.
As a user I would like to be able import whisper models under the "Models" tab. I would like to have a "add custom model" button which launches a file browser where I can select my custom model. There should be a input check to make sure that the selected file is a Whisper model.

this is an advanced feature and is not going to be added to the ui soon.
