Allow assigning more than one shortcut for more than one different model.

Hey, being not only English speaker, I find myself have to switch between two different models many times a day.
It will be very convenient to have an easy way to switch between models, other than go to Settings and change the model.

Two things that we're thinking about:

1. Allow to assign a specific shortcut for a specific model.
2. add some sort of a dropdown on the overlay listening component that will allow to easily switch between models.
