📝 How to listen for mention changes

One important thing about the mention function is to monitor which mention the user has selected, but I can't find relevant information from the documentation. Mention Feature

For example, I have a [Description] function. The user mentions a person and sends an email to this person. Then the user mentions another person and sends an email to the other person.
