For https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/gem/rubygems/-/rabbitmq_http_api_client/1.11.0 we're discovering both MIT and NOASSSERTION. We think we should be OR'ing them and we're not.

"licenses": [
          "MIT",

couple fo things mixed up here.

  • the discovered licenses are not combined, they are just listed.
  • The declared license on that page is showing as NOASSERTION currently
  • It's interesting that the licenses in the gem metadata are listed but are not showing up
  • In Gem-land, is a list of licenses AND'd or OR'd by default. The README for the related source says "Double-licensed under the MIT and Mozilla Public License (same as RabbitMQ)." (emphasis mine)
