ClearlyDefined keeps reading the facebook/zstd project incorrectly. It keeps putting “BSD-3-Clause AND GPL-2.0 AND GPL-2.0-only” in the “declared” field, which is not correct and “GPL-2.0”
is not a valid SPDX identifier, so not sure why the tooling is using that at all?
The correct “declared” license is “BSD-3-Clause OR GPL-2.0-only.” The README specifies this project is dual-licensed, and that should flip the “AND” to an “OR.”
