Cannot use keyboard for navigation

Today I do not seem to be able to use the keyboard to navigate on the browse page list and I cannot use the keyboard to achieve anything in the definition popup which is a usability issue for me.

@pombredanne which kind of specific behavior you would like to achieve using the keyboard?
I think the main goal could be to use the Tab key to move from one field to another.
