Clerk CLI for webhooks

Hihi,

I wanted to ask if there were any plans for using a clerk cli for webhooks, similar to how Stripe does their webhooks.

Right now I'm using an ngrok tunnel, which isn't the worst, but I think having the CLI would be nice DX.
