Coupled JCM-Veros with realistic earth topography

Current Veros has singularity points at poles, preventing us from having Arctic ocean. A poor man's choice is to rotate the spherical coordinate such that the singularities both lies on land. I have found a particular configuration that can do so, as documented in repo veros-rotated-coordinate.

What remains to be done:

• Coupled configuration setup
• Rotate wind vector properly
• Test an equilibrium run.
