Unable to install via composer

  Problem 1
    - Installation request for cloudcontrol/phpcclib dev-master -> satisfiable by cloudcontrol/phpcclib[dev-master].
    - cloudcontrol/phpcclib dev-master requires pear-pear.php.net/http_request2 2.2.1 -> no matching package found.

Potential causes:
 - A typo in the package name
 - The package is not available in a stable-enough version according to your minimum-stability setting
