Broken change-vhost routing

Summary
Strange behaviour in Lavin UI, if you go to an exchange and change vhost, it reloads, but still shows the same exchange, does not change vhost.

Desired Behavior
It should change the vhost and route back to exchanges

I've made an additional PR from the last discussion we had before christmas where we would disable the vhost button in the specified views instead of redirecting:
