Sceneviewer Pan and Zoom not working on trackpad

We should be handling pan and zoom with ctrl or alt, but neither work on my laptop.
Check first if modifier keys are being detected and passed to zinc sceneviewer input.
Look into whether other gestures such as double tap or 2 finger drag are able to be detected.
