I want to be sure, that I'm correctly using the test suite. @cmrivers are you aware about this? If those are actual problems I can work for trying to fix them.

Yes, they fail on my end too. I see the problem, I can fix it tonight if
you don't get to it. Good catch, and thanks for getting involved. I need to
dust off this repo and start developing again. I welcome and appreciate
your contributions and comments.

Sure @cmrivers I want to explore possibilities for integrating epipy with qgis. I'm starting a project for porting a tool that we were involved in the development sometime ago http://ais.paho.org/sigepi/index.asp?xml=sigepi/index.htm

The idea is to replace the proprietary software with open source. Also I participated in the conception of http://dxsp.sergas.es/ApliEdatos/Epidat/Ayuda/Ayuda-general/General%20Help.pdf
