STMicro/STM32F429.svd: Incorrect TIM register bit definition

The Input capture 2 prescaler is defined in reference manual as IC2PSC but got IC2PCS in STM32F429.svd

Thank you very much for your feedback, but this is not the right place for your contribution. Due to the license on the SVD files, we don't directly change SVD files as part of this project. The goal of this repository is to provide original SVD file from vendor without any modification, only update from vendor release are accepted. The STM32F429.svd is maintain by the Open-CMSIS-Pack organisation, in the STM32F4xx_DFP repository. You can submit a patch for the STM32F429 file and when it will be merged propose a patch in this repository.
