Coco follows a simple norm: be kind, focus on the work, give credit.
- Treat others with respect, regardless of role, background, or skill level
- Argue ideas, not people
- Assume good intent; ask before assuming bad
- Give credit where it's due
- Don't disrupt others trying to participate
Anyone whose actions consistently make the project less welcoming or less productive may have their participation paused or removed by a maintainer.
Concerns can be reported by opening an issue (use the private label or email if sensitive). Reports are handled discreetly.
