stopRecording to return the new recording

There isn't a great way to get the path to the most recently recording after calling .stopRecording - maybe this method could not only return the list of all recordings, but also the path to the one that was just recorded? I'm happy to put up a PR if you think this is the right direction

That makes sense to me as well. On a slightly side note, what do you think about the way copied files from copyRecording are named vs a startRecording file. Do you think they both belong in the /replays folder ? Something I have gone back and forth on
