P.S. Fort atomic note prompting and what it leads to https://github.com/disnet/flint-note-mcp https://github.com/disnet/flint-note And quality control COULD look like this https://github.com/tobs-code/a-mem-mcp-server?tab=readme-ov-file#memory-enzymes-workflow https://github.com/legendaryvibecoder/gigabrain |

There are a lot of keywords that introduces depth of thinking by the following MCPs https://github.com/entanglr/zettelkasten-mcp?tab=readme-ov-file#link-types https://github.com/joshylchen/zettelkasten?tab=readme-ov-file#link-types https://github.com/jrswab/slipbot?tab=readme-ov-file#how-linking-works
Something missing here is note confidence (or epistemic humility ratings per note), that seems to be very important as well. Others would try to include temporal decay but I am not too confident about it https://github.com/prefrontal-systems/cortexgraph?tab=readme-ov-file#core-algorithm
