Remove all related to Mobilpay

We will not use mobilpay, so need to clean up our code.
Don't forget to clean up also translation (locale) from all mobilpay related text.

@alexkingdom i think the mobilpay model/tables could be use for the current tracking of the paypal/bank transfer transactions, instead of the third party approving the transaction, the ngo will approve, what do you think?
