add pairing instructions to the documentation

hi, i recently got to know on Discord (thanks, haagch) that there is the possibility to pair a Tracker with a Dongle by using `survive-cli --pair-device 1`. i'd like to ask you to put a little bit of documentation on this into the readme file, so other users can also benefit :)
