Use this place to discuss the filter-panel component in the MHCLG Svelte Component Library

When I collapse the filter panel at the top level ("Show filters" here) it clears all of my checkboxes (and submits the form with how I've coded it)

Perhaps instead of {#if panelOpen} we could apply a class to the "app-c-filter-panel__content" div to make it display: none or something?
