Change Detection LXC: Install issue !

Trying to install this script, it was installing OK until I got this:

If you visit https://files.pythonhosted.org/ do you get an error?

The error you received is not produced by the script. The PIP repository has a problem at the time you tried installing.
Try it now, its working fine on my end:
