add verbose option for update_scripts statement

📝 Detailed description

• add an verbose option / silent option on whiptail dialogue
• add full output in "verbose" and hide all output in silent (except msg_....)
  => same like install scripts.
• Include Background-Logging in update-part (Feature: Installation & update logging for error tracking #2393)
