Add use cases

We now have a use cases section on in the docs complete with two use cases (confidential AI and secure supply chain). Unfortunately we don't have anything written on these pages. Can someone help me out with this? @bpradipt @ariel-adam @zvonkok?

The use case section is meant to be high-level. We can put specific examples in the examples section.
