Stub declarations generation

Is there any chance that this library would allow to build stub declarations?
There is already https://github.com/php-stubs/generator for that, but ctx has more options and could replace it to allow more flexible configurations.

But it seems like ctx shouldn't do that, because it's a context generator, not stubs generator.
What do you think?
