Hardware tips?

Hi all, and sorry for maybe a little silly question, but I haven't found many answers to it anywhere, I'm facing the choice of computer hardware that I would like to use for voice cloning and model training. I was thinking about RTX 3060, is it better to choose 4070 or 5060 when it comes out? Should I be concerned about it or can I buy a used RTX 2060? How long can it take to train models on such cards, is it minutes or rather days? Thanks to all.
