[Baseline] Include Baseline version in badge

The OSPS Baseline project encourages projects to include the Baseline version (e.g. v2025.10.10) in stating their conformance. It would be nice if the badge produced by the Best Practices web app also included it.

It already does. There's a standard prefix in front of every baseline-* form.

For example, to see what the current prefix says, see: https://www.bestpractices.dev/en/projects/1/baseline-1

"These are the Baseline Level 1 criteria. These criteria are from baseline version v2025.10.10 with updated criteria text from version v2026.02.19. Criteria that are new in version v2026.02.19 are labeled "future" and will begin to be enforced starting 2026-06-01. Please provide answers to the "future" criteria before that date."

That's not what I'm talking about. I mean the actual badge image that gets generated: https://www.bestpractices.dev/projects/1/baseline

The rendered version of that badge should include the version so that it fully communicates conformance.

Currently I'm doing some work to improve baseline automations (if they already have a metal badge there are enough overlaps to fill in a lot - so let's help those people). I'll put that in the queue after that.
