Update Aspect modules

We need to update the Aspect handling. Using the expected SMEX spacecraft attitude and orbital information packets, we'll need to integrate those into Nuclearizer and the DEE in preparation for DC5.

Correction: COSI SMEX will not have event-by-event aspect information so the spacecraft attitude info is completely decoupled from the Nuclearizer pipeline. You can remove all Aspect code.
