For Spain there are provinces not regions

Hi @foria, "region" in the name of this repo is pretty loose! It can mean province, county, state - or any other main, practical subdivision of a country.

These are the list of subdivisions for Spain - are they incorrect?

At a quick glance, it seems like they match the Spanish provinces, no?
