Swap and bridge: 'price oom' message after an order placement

1. Specify an order selling 5 USDC(Base) per ETH(arb)
2. Place the order with Near bridge provider
3. One placed, check the progress bar

AR: the bar shows 'price out of market' screen, but then the order gets filled
