FASTA output single line or multiline?

Currently DIMPLE outputs oligos with sequences broken up across multiple lines. This might cause issues with oligo ordering sites.

Option 1: change default output to single-line fasta
Option 2: add an option to output in single- or multi-line format
Option 3: do nothing
