Deleted Taxonomies still usable

Taxonomy resources that have been deleted, as well as their children, are still accessible within the Taxonomies tab for selection. Taxonomy/Term resources that have been deleted should be excluded from any SQL statements.

one more thing, on deleting resources completly, their terms relationships still remain in database, resulting in empty outputs
