CrateDB is trying to keep up with DbVisualizer compatibility for quite a while.

• DriverManager not able to Resolve "jdbc:crate:..." URL crate-jdbc#51

• Many DatabaseMetaData methods returns a ResultSet with null elements crate-jdbc#216

We ramped up some requests for improvements recently to close some gaps.
