Avatar image forced cropping and resize

1. User uploads image that can be of any size and aspect ratio.
2. User is presented with a square crop area for cropping the image. The size of the (resizable and movable) area is at a minimum the size of the fixed Retroshare avatar resolution.
3. The user applies the crop.
4. The image now has the aspect ratio of 1:1. It is then resized to the fixed Retroshare avatar resolution.
