[Bug] Dashboard "Automated Analysis" card does not update when new archived recordings appear

Current Behavior

When the Automated Analysis card is created, if there are no source active or archived recordings, the card initially appears in an error state with an action to create a source recording.

If an archived recording appears separately - for example, from another client instance, or from an Automated Rule - then the card does not transition from the error state to the archived recording report state.

Expected Behavior

The card should listen for active and archived recordings to appear, even ones that are not created by its action, and update its state when any potential source recording becomes available.

Also, when there are available source recordings when the card is created but the source recordings do not meet the card's criteria (labels etc), then it displays the warning about data age - stating that the latest recording data is something like 20,000 days old.
