docs(admin): document app theme customization#10971

Add an App theme page under Admin → Customization covering what can be customized (accent/background/foreground colors, contrast, logo, fonts), how to add fonts and a logo, and how to apply the theme to embedded surfaces or across the entire Cube Cloud console. Register it in the nav and cross-link it from the embed customization page.
