feat(portal): create user profiles

What feature should we improve? Please describe.
When I'm registering for events made from the same club, it's always frustrating when I have to reenter the same information. We need a solution that instantly allows you to register for events.

Describe the solution you'd like
Have user profiles that saves all your information.

• Users can see past events
• Users can see their profile details (fname, lname, email, etc.)

Describe alternatives you've considered

• No user profiles, users have to fill in their info each time
