feat(portal): add an event viewer

What feature should we improve? Please describe.
It's hard for participants and students to know what events are happening on campus for an org, and sometimes we don't advertise on instagram until closer to the event date.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should have our own viewer on the portal to see all of our events. This should be a calendar that minimzes scrolling.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Embedding the cuHacking google calendar
  • it would also have all of our meetings (not a bad thing, but maybe not the correct spot for a calendar)
• Special google calendar embed on our site --> can't be cuHacking branded
