docs: add project management category to docs

🆘 What is the problem at hand?

For the docs site, adding a project management category would be helpful to show what/how/why we are organizing the project like this. This is something we are lacking right now and could easily be addressed.

🚀 What is the impact of the problem? How is this problem important? How does it affect users/developers?

• Providing clarity about how we manage this project to other internal team members and the external community
• Showing why we are managing the project in this particular way
