🆘 What is the problem at hand?

For managing our projects, we need to be better at organizing tasks, setting deadlines, plan better and prioritize.

🚀 What is the impact of the problem? How is this problem important? How does it affect users/developers?

As a organization, we need to:

  • Categorize tasks, issues and PRs better than what we are doing now with labels
  • Prioritize those tasks and see what is urgent to do
  • Help set reasonable and realistic deadlines to manage our time better
  • Track the progress of categorized issues and PRs

💀 Additional context

GitHub milestones would do all of this for us. This is something that we can easily integrate into the project and would help our project when it comes to managing it.
