[ADR]: integrate an ai live script chatbot

Problem Statement
We need to get an AI chatbot setup for cuHacking. This would be extremely beneficial for the entire organization because this tool would:

Goals
Goal 1: Save time
Goal 2: Get everything in real-time
Goal 3: Save/Organize all thoughts and take notes for us neatly and efficiently

Solution Summary

History/Context
When working on figma on the figjams, sometimes we are very slow in taking notes, and we even sometimes forget/miss to take important details.

Solution
A solution for this would be to incorporate a live script audio ai chat bot that can take notes for us in real time and accurately so we don't have to. This would save everyone overhead and simplify life in general.

Additional Context
For potential solutions, we could use Fellow ai. This would also be interesting for sponsorship opportunities as well.
