What is the goal of this task?
We simply want to move the documentation from Carleton's previous hackathon into our docs site. There are many past hackathons, but in particular, we want to preserve cuHacking 2020's excellent wiki. This migration also gives us quicker access.

this is at the bottom of every page that not in the original md files:

should I add it to every page as a callout or leave it? It's not really an essential part of the docs, so I'm leaning towards leaving it out to avoid clutter.
