Problem Statement
Members of the cuHacking team have varying schedules which can change often. Our current solution is LettuceMeet.
We need to have a more efficient way of writing, updating, and sharing our schedules. Some of the issues with LettuceMeet are:

  1. No integrations with calendar applications
  2. Cannot easily share one person's schedule
  3. Potentially delayed updates
  4. Cannot divide availabilities by location (in-person/online)
  5. Closed source 👎❌

Goals

  1. Find an application that will do the above
  2. Get the team to put up their schedules

Solution Summary

Possible solution

  • CabbageMeet, recommended by Farabi. Open sourced alternative to LettuceMeet.
