1. Please change label to Source of Data

2. No change is recorded when you add a language note, i.e. type something in the text box next to an existing language. Ditto if you add a new language with a note, only the language name is recorded. It should be like this, the note is 'main language':

3. Please change label to Language of Work

4. The changes for adding a subject are correct, but no changes are recorded when you remove a subject (i.e. uncheck the checkbox). The changes should be reversed with 'Del', like this
