Blocked on Crowdin

Hello,
This morning, when I was checking the various projects I contribute to
on Crowdin, I saw a message displayed in red on the SD Maid project.
Surprised, I decided to report this issue to the Crowdin team. Please find attached the response I received.
I am therefore contacting you again and would like to know why you removed me from this project.
I noticed that new elements to be translated had been added to Crowdin in recent days.
Due to a lack of free time, I did not take the time to translate them and therefore made no changes to the translation. I hope that this is not the reason.

Translation is voluntary, and your removal was not related to inactivity. I’m grateful for everyone who wants to contribute and help improve the project.

However, collaboration only works when communication stays constructive and respectful. After multiple discussions and reports of ongoing friction, I decided to follow the recommendation of the language coordinator and remove you from the team to keep the workflow stable.

@AO-LocLab has been consistently professional, reliable, and very helpful as a language coordinator, and I trust their judgment in team matters.

Thank you again for the work you contributed, and I wish you all the best going forward.

Thank you for the explanation, but the least you could have done was let me know beforehand. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

Personally, I was surprised to see that all the contributions I made on Crowdin were rejected by this member without any valid reason.

Please understand that even if a translation is accepted, it can always be improved and refined.

I regularly exchange information with another translator who is a proofreader on another project, and everything goes perfectly smoothly. If we have any doubts or need clarification, we discuss it with each other. There has never been the slightest disagreement between us. Quite the opposite, in fact!

I don't know what impression you're giving me, but please know that my goal is not to destroy the work already done, but rather to complement it or try to improve it. I believe that we can always strive to do better.

That's what I was trying to convey to both of you.

In any case, sorry for the bad experience 🙁 . There is no bad intent from any side. It just didn't work out.
